Yoga studio FAQs

  • Need to cancel a Yoga class? Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before class starts to avoid penalty (cancel online here).

  • Need to cancel an auto-renew pass? Please email or call the studio, up to 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

  • Expiration dates for yoga passes are noted on all email receipts. Be sure to use your passes before they expire!

  • Students typically bring their own mats to the studio, but we do keep a few on hand in case you forgot yours or are just visiting the area. We have blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps for everyone.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts so you can find a nice spot and get comfortable.

  • The studio is warm and cozy but not considered hot yoga. Socks or bare feet only please, while in the practice space.

  • We have a filtered water dispenser in the practice space to refill your bottle. We offer complimentary Five Mountains tea. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and/or tea mug.

  • The Radiate community is very warm and welcoming. Introduce yourself and we’ll show you the ropes!

  • Workshop Registration Policy

    Radiate Workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel 48-hours before the workshop/event the amount will be credited to your MindBody account to use for any future workshop or Yoga class passes only. No credit will be issued if you cancel within the 48-hour window. We appreciate your understanding, there are limited spaces and significant planning that go into each workshop.
